Stuffed Pasta Wheels

The secret to these pasta wheels being so delicious is the technique behind them. We start by mixing a very simple pasta dough until it comes together and can be wrapped and chilled for an hour in the refrigerator. While the dough chills, we mix up an easy filling of canned salmon, spinach, bread crumbs, Parmesan, eggs, and seasonings. Our dough gets rolled out, our filling is spread evenly over the top, and we roll it up before cutting it into equally-sized wheels. These get pan-fried quickly until browned before we transfer them into a sauce-filled baking dish where they'll get baked until bubbly. Try them with the filling of your choice!
